  -The threaded Pipe Out Let, a weld-on outlet fitting, is manufactured from highly weldable steel which conforms to the chemical and physical requirements of ASTM A105 or equivalents.
  -Threads are cut in accordance with the requirements of ANSI B1.20.1, 300 LB class, National Standard for Tapered Pipe Threads.

  -Tee Off weld-on outlets meet the requirements of the "Buy America Act."

  -Tee Offs are UL / ULC listed and FM approved for 300 psi fire protection sprinkler systems.

Series 510 Tapping Outlets

Series 510 outlets are available in 150 lb., 300 lb., 600 lb. and 900 lb. flange ratings through 144". The flange is available in flat face or raised face depending upon your application. The outlet neck is fabricated from non seamed carbon steel pipe, which is contoured to match your existing pipeline. c 510 for non lined outlets, c. 512 for mortar lined outlets, c. 514 for fusion epoxy; add an (L) after series # for 300lb. flange

Series 520 Tapping Outlets

Series 520 outlets are fabricated to meet the Series 510 specifications, and in addition, include a weld collar to help distribute weights that may be encountered on thin walled pipelines.

Series 530 Tapping Outlets

Series 530 outlets are fabricated to meet the series 510 specifications, and in addition, include a full wrap to distribute weights that may be encountered on thin walled pipelines or where excessive weights may be introduced.
